Terms Of Service
1) In order to provide smooth service, the company may restrict game use in the event of any acts that interfere with game operation, violate public morals, go against social norms, or interfere with other users’ use of the game.
2) In the event that illegal programs are used or abnormal play patterns are suspected, the service or related content use may be temporarily restricted. If abnormal play patterns are confirmed, game usage may be restricted according to the usage restriction criteria.
3) If the criteria specified in Usage Restriction Criteria are violated, game usage may be restricted.
4) Even if not specifically stated in the Terms of Use or usage restriction criteria, the company may restrict or impose additional penalties depending on the degree and severity of violation of relevant laws or negative impacts on other users, the company, or the game.
5) If subject to game usage restrictions, an objection may be filed through the in-game user service center. However, due to the retention period of data on the basis of sanctions, the objection may only be filed within 14 days from the date on which the usage restriction was applied.
6) In cases where urgent fact-finding is required, such as for bug checks, specific damages, or policy violations, the company may temporarily restrict a user's account for up to 7 days without prior notice and then lift or change the restriction afterward.
7) The usage restriction criteria are as follows:

| Exploitation of System Errors or Bugs | - Any act that takes unfair advantage of a bug in the game despite being aware of it or using the game in an abnormal manner, or any act that causes a negative impact on the in-game economic system, balance, or game environment |
| Cash Transactions | - Any act that attempts (including promotions, advertisements, etc.) to trade in-game content (accounts, items, game goods, etc.) for cash/in-kind transactions or any act that attempts to broker a trade |

Naming Policy
1) The naming policy allows users to freely set town names to be used in the game.
However, in the following cases, the service may be restricted, or there may be a change without prior notice to preserve a healthy gaming environment and to protect users:
- Names that are offensive to others
- Names that include profanity, vulgarity, advertisements, sexually suggestive, or obscene content
- Names that are discriminatory based on race or gender
- Names that are judged to have a clear intention to criticize, insult, or defame a specific person, group, organization, region, or religion
- Names that are judged to have a clear intention of glorifying anti-social names, people, groups, etc.
- Names that are judged to be difficult to accept in terms of other social norms
- Names that are judged to be related to or have the intention of impersonating a company, game, or original work
- Names that are judged to have the clear intention of impersonating a company, company employee, company official, management, operator, GM, assistant, or other people who run the game, or names that may cause others to recognize and misunderstand them
- Names that are judged to have been created to induce cash/in-kind transactions, such as those involving accounts, items, or goods
- Names that are judged to have the potential to infringe on the trademarks, trademark rights, or copyrights of third parties
- Names that are formed by changing part of the spellings of the names mentioned above or adding different letters to the beginning and/or end
- Names that violate relevant laws or those that the company determines violate the purpose of the Terms of Use and operating policies
